Lieutenant Ebeyov Archer felt dirty and sweaty now that the battle was winding down. She sighed softly as she cast a frost bolt at one of the remaining skeletons. It impacted and promptly caused the skeleton to slow its attack on the footman it was presently battling with. The Footman hauled off and sliced the skeleton in two with his blade. Using a double swipe. Using a backhanded blow to knock his foe off balance and then sliced it in half with a downward stroke.

Archer turned her attention to the second Necromancer that had appeared, with several more skeletons and gargoyles. She knew that this was going to get stupid unless she did something special in a real hurry.

She proceeded to cast a pyro blast at him followed by two fireballs and two ice bolts. Then she cast her immolation spell. She was rewarded with the Necromancer screaming his last before falling to the ground, now very dead and very cooked.

Archer cast her fourth ice bolt at a gargoyle that was menacing a group of rangers. Her ice bolt shot it down when one of the rangers severed its head from its shoulders with a rather large axe. Archer now had five shards ready for use so she selected the largest remaining target. The Abomination. She then cast an ice bolt spell which smashed into the target, the five shards amplified the damage because the target was frozen. The target then shattered into a trillion pieces of ice and body parts.

Archer winced. "Ewww. I guess he can't stick the landing," she commented, more to herself than anyone else. She was also running out of spell power as well, her mana was running low. Archer knew she couldn't drink anything while she was in combat. She decided to take a moment as she wasn't being hassled herself. But most of the Scarlet Crusaders were. She knew she needed mana or she would not be able to assist her captors. She reached into her bottle before pulling out a bottle of water. She yanked the top off before she drank the entire bottle.

Archer instantly felt refreshed. But the course of the battle had caused her to ponder her next course of action. Helping the Scarlet Crusaders, a group of people who almost certainly would torture her simply for being in the wrong place at the wrong time or flee and take her chances in the wilderness of the Western Plaguelands.

Archer felt her skin go cold as she heard a soft clanking sound approaching her location. She turned her head as she found herself coming face to face with a Death Knight. He regarded her as he pointed at her with his blade. He indicated her to his small army of minions as Archer watched him cast his raise army spell. Now she knew she was in real trouble. The small army of ghouls proceeded to slaughter all of the scarlet crusaders as the Death Knight ambled on over to her as if he had no care in the world. "You will come with me," he growled at Archer. She felt his fetid breath on her face. She winced as she sighed. "Eww. Down boy," she commented before her grabbed her arm with his hand. His grip felt like a vice.

She knew that her choice was to cooperate or he would simply cut her down right here and now. He had gone to a lot of trouble to spare her and slaughter the rest of her companions. Archer walked alongside him as all of the ghouls suddenly expired all at one time. Now it was just her and this Death Knight. "So... Death Knight, who are you and what do you want with me?" she asked.

"I wish to ritually slay you and raise you as a Death Knight." The Death Knight answered her. "I suspect you will make a magnificent warrior," he added.

"If I refuse?" Archer inquired.

"Then I will slay you here and raise you as a ghoul, to serve as my pet." he gave her a cruel smile. "Either way, you die."

Archer nodded her head slowly. "As you wish." she cast two spells back to back. The first was a frost nova and the second was her blink spell. She was able to cast it twice. She only needed a few seconds as she ran into the forest. Not paying heed to where she was going, only she ended up running right off of a cliff and falling into the ocean below.

With a loud scream of angry rage, she fell into the surf. Impacting with a silent splash. Archer snapped out of the funk a moment later as she began to swim. She then knew she needed to escape now, as in right this second. So she cast her teleport to the capital city spell. She was gone a moment later.
